Booking Conditions

All bookings for Woodlands Dog Field should be made online below and only one booking is permitted per time slot, giving you exclusive use of the field during your hire period.
By making a booking, you confirm that you, and any other persons attending with you, have read and accepted our Field Rules and Privacy Policy.
Once payment has been made your booking confirmation will appear on screen. You should also receive a confirmation email containing the gate code, so please ensure your email address is entered correctly and check your spam or junk folder if the confirmation email does not arrive in your inbox.
Please ensure that a correct mobile number is submitted with your booking, as we may need to contact you urgently in relation to your booking.
Bookings may be amended up to 48 hours before the start of your session by calling Clare on 07557 994544. Refunds are not available.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking. In such cases, we will contact you directly to offer an alternative session or a full refund.
Payments are made by card with card details entered directly onto Stripe’s secure servers from within this page. Woodlands Dog Field does not have access to, or store, any card details.
